I am submitting a “love story” through its-complicated.com website (the “Story”). I understand that my Story may be published on the it’s-complicated.com website and, if selected, may also be used anonymously in a live stage show and otherwise, in perpetuity in any form and all media, whether existing now or subsequently developed or discovered, without payment or liability. I confirm that I am the sole author of the Story and the sole legal and beneficial owner of all rights in the Story. The Story is not defamatory, does not contain any data which could reasonably be used to identify an individual and does not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any party. By submitting the Story, I am granting Philippa Found/It’s Complicated an unconditional, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual and worldwide licence (including full rights to sublicence) to publish, dramatize, use for theatrical adaptation or otherwise use the Story (or a portion thereof) in any format and on any platform. I understand that any use of the Story (or any portion thereof) will be fully anonymised. Philippa Found/It’s Complicated, and authorised third parties, reserve the right to edit (stylistically or otherwise), refuse to publish or remove the Story from publication or use at any time.  Philippa Found/It’s Complicated accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the Story or its publication or use, in any way whatsoever and in any format or on any platform, by any party. I understand that I will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of any use of the Story by Philippa Found/It’s Complicated or any third party. I agree to immediately notify Philippa Found/It’s Complicated in writing using the online form in the ‘Call me’ (Contact) section of Philippa Found’s website (philippa-found.com) if a third party threatens to make, or makes, a claim that the Story infringes its rights, is defamatory, misuses its personal data or otherwise has caused it loss or damage. I agree to provide full details and any assistance that may reasonably be required in relation to any such claim that is made or threatened.
